4 tsp. olive oil
8 oz. kielbasa sausage, sliced diagonally or cubed
1 chopped onion
1 sliced rib of celery
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 19 oz. can beans, such as kidney, rinsed and drained
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
3 cups hot cooked rice
In a skillet heat 1 tsp. oil over medium high heat.
Add kielbasa; cook, stirring often, until softened, about 4 minutes.
Remove from skillet.
In skillet heat remaining oil.
Add the next 7 ingredients; cook, stirring often, until softened.
Add the beans, tomaoes with juices, and kielbasa. Heat until hot. Stir in rice.
