Irish Cream Liqueur

1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 cup whipping cream Mix these together.

Dissolve 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of instant coffee granules and 1 to 2 tablespoons of cocoa in 1/4 cup of hot water. Blend, then add the milk and cream mixture.

Add 3/4 cup of rye whiskey. Mix in blender.

Add milk to taste, and to fill up the storage bottle you are using for the beverage.*

The amount of coffee and cocoa may be adjusted to taste.

Refrigerate.

* We use large soft drink bottles that have been cleaned for the liqueur.
