Fruit Cocktail Cake

2 eggs

1/3 cup evaporated milk

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

2 cups flour

1 can 14oz fruit cocktail


Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan.

In a large bowl beat all ingredients together.

Pour batter into pan and bake for about 50 min.

Cool 20 min. in pan.

Remove cake to wire rack and cool completely.
