1 - 4 serving size of lemon Jello [or orange flavor]
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup diced celery
1 Tablespoon minced onion
Dissolve Jello in hot water.
Add cold water, vinegar, dressing, salt. Beat until well blended.
Chill until firm on edge.
Beat until fluffy. Fold in vegetables and chill.
