Egg and Ham Bagels

Toasted bagel halves

Topping-

1/2 cup softened cream cheese

4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

3/4 cup diced cooked ham

3 - 4 green onions sliced

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1 - 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise


Soften cream cheese in microwave, 15 to 45 seconds (watch closely so it won't get too hot! Time varies with the microwave)

Add the rest of the ingredients for sandwich topping to the cream cheese, and blend.

Spread 3 or 4 tablespoons of the mixture on toasted bagel half.

Place the bagel halves on a paper towel on a plate.

Microwave for 20 seconds to 1 minute, until heated through. Serve.
